Instead, we made e-Signature easy and accessible and made signing a breeze!

Our industry-leading Smart Offer Letter was created with you in mind!

The dynamic Smart Offer Letter allows you to view the various payment plans and methods offered to you by your broker – all on one page. We offer Full Pay, Monthly Pay, and 3-Pay options to best assist for all financial needs. Your broker will have the ability to select the best solutions for your unique circumstances and will give you the option to select from their recommendations.

At Imperial PFS Canada, we offer payment through credit card or bank account. All you have to do is e-sign and process the payments by using our digital payments processing software.

Payments are processed faster and you are given the choice between various payment options made available to you online. Whether you pay by credit card or bank account, we have made the entire process digital and easy to use. A few clicks and done!

How does Premium Financing Work for Customers?

Our goal is to make your money work for you! Get the insurance you need while increasing your cashflow and optimize the security in your insurance policy by gaining an alternative source of credit. How does the process work? See our 6 steps below to guide you through the process of premium financing.

  1. Connect with your insurance broker to find the insurance policy that best suits your needs.
  2. Your broker will process a quote through our system and send it to you for approval.
  3. Through our dynamic Smart Offer Letter you will be able to view the various payment terms your broker has selected for you. Simply click through the terms to find one that best suits your needs.
  4. Once selected, toggle through to the next screen which will allow you to choose a method of payment.
  5. Our e-Signature solution allows you to sign the contract digitally – no wet ink signatures required. You will also be able to input all your banking information through our secure form.
  6. And you’re done! Please note that you always have the option to view your contract or other documentation, make changes to your personal information, make a payment, and more through our Customer Centre.

FAQs.

We accept payments by credit card or bank account. For credit card payments we accept Visa, MasterCard and Visa Debit.

At Imperial PFS Canada, we offer three payment solutions to best fit all needs:

  1. Monthly Pay: your total payment plan is split into monthly installments and payments are paid on a monthly basis.
  2. 3-Pay: your total payment plan is split into three equal installments and payments are paid on a monthly basis for three months.
  3. Full Pay: fully pay off your premium at once.

Imperial PFS Canada provides pre-approved financing to our partners to offer to their clients. Please check with your broker if they are an approved Imperial PFS Canada partner.

For any questions you may have about your insurance policy, please speak to your Broker directly. Your broker will also be able to assist you with adding to or removing endorsements from your policy.

For any changes to your personal information, such as address or banking information, you may use our Customer Centre. The Customer Centre allows for you to view documentation, make changes to your personal information, make payments, and more, on any device.
