I wanted to take a quick moment to touch base regarding SNAP’s current approach on the COVID-19 outbreak.
In short, we are doing everything possible to protect the health of our Associates and Partners while also ensuring the highest level of account service.
What does that mean?
For our Sales and Operations team, we have asked our Associates to halt non-essential travel to internal meetings, tradeshows, and conferences. We have NOT asked our Associates to stop visiting you, our valued Partners, but do encourage everyone to make use of video and audio conference calls whenever possible and appropriate.
It also means we are doing the work to ensure we have consistent, optimized business processes and solutions that will not see interruption or other impact by the COVID-19 outbreak. SNAP is dedicated to maintaining business as usual for all your payment solution needs.
