The ongoing Canada Post strike may disrupt mail delivery, but IPFS Canada is committed to ensuring uninterrupted premium financing services for both brokers and insureds. Here’s how we’re adapting to minimize any inconvenience:
For Brokers
To help you manage accounts seamlessly during the strike, we are implementing the following measures:
- Notices of Cancellation and Reinstatement: These will be couriered in batches for insureds without an email on file. Notices for brokers will continue to be sent via email.
- New Accounts: Encourage insureds to provide their email addresses when setting up new accounts to ensure fast and reliable communication.
- Existing Accounts: Our team is proactively reaching out to insureds & brokers to confirm that all notices reach the correct destination.
- Go Digital: Avoid delays by taking advantage of our e-Payments solution—no physical cheques or signatures needed, with no cost per transaction and no set up cost. Contact our sales team for more information.
For Insureds
We’re working hard to ensure there are no disruptions to your premium financing experience during the strike. Here’s how you can help us keep things running smoothly:
- Provide Your Email Address: If we don’t already have your email on file, please contact our support team to provide it. This ensures you receive all important notices promptly and without delay.
- Update Your Account: If you have an account with us, you can log into our Customer Centre to review and update your contact information.
